Tax

We have a physical presence in New York so we are required to collect sales tax for all orders placed within New York state. Our local sales tax rate is 8.625%. Sales tax is not charged for orders intended for resale. You must provide a sales tax certificate and open an account with us if you are within NY state and wish to make a purchase that is sales tax exempt.

We are currently not required to collect sales tax on orders that ship out of NY state, so extra-state orders are sales tax exempt.
