Core Return Policy

A core is the worn part that you are replacing. It has value as a rebuildable part, and we require that you send that part to us when you replace it. To ensure that the worn part is returned to us, we charge a deposit fee on all parts that we send out. That fee is the core charge, and is refunded when we recieve the old part back.

Returning The Core

Place the old core in the same box that the replacement part came in and attach the supplied address label. Do not cut or modify the sticker. You may send it back to us via UPS or Fedex. You are responsible for return shipping costs

The refund of the core charge will be issued to the credit card on which it was originally charged within two weeks of our receiving the core in good condition.

Issuing Core Refunds

For a core charge to be refunded, the core must arrive in good condition. The entire core must be returned, it must not have been disassembled, and it must not be bent, broken, or damaged from an accident. Core charge refunds are not given is when the part is visibly damaged or stripped.

A core must be received within 90 days of ship date for full credit. Cores received after 90 days may be refunded at current market rates at our discretion.

Core refunds are issued on a weekly basis to the same account from which the deposit was originally drawn. Please allow sufficient time for a returned core to reach us and be inspected before calling to check upon your refund. Typically, this can take 2 weeks from when you ship the core back to us

You can check the date that we received your core by tracking your shipment through UPS or Fedex.
